I have a lot on my “to read” list but I only seem to read in the winter months. For Christmas I received a few books, as well as a few more for my birthday back in October. My “to read” list has grown significantly in the last while but I can remove one book from that list.
I just finished Diary and will be moving onto Invisible Monsters tomorrow evening.
I am pretty vanilla when it comes to my readings. I have stuck with John Grisham and Michael Crichton, but decided to try Chuck Palahniuk and have enjoyed the variety. His books are unpredictable and am usually in for a twisted and disturbing ride each time (having read Choke and Lullaby already).
The next author I am going to expose myself to is Kurt Vonnegut. On the sleeve of a Palahniuk book Vonnegut was referenced and thought I would stick with that same style of authors. I have Slaughterhouse-Five and Cat’s Cradle to start off with and will see where my affair with him goes.
